We had booked a cab for April 5 to April 9th , 2018 for a trip from Coimbatore to Ooty , Wellington etc. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Royal Taxi----the car was at the airport on time and the Driver Sai ( car nos TN 37CK 3405) was very courteous, helpful and cooperative. Also the payment gateway was very efficient and simple . Overall we had a wonderful experience. with Royal and would surely repeat their services in future visits to Coimbatore. Strongly recommend their services to other tourists. ( ( we had earlier considered Zoom car but thus was far more efficient and comfortable and cost effective too)

I booked an indica AC - 29/09/17 from ooty to coimbatore.
The driver Balamurugan is very punctual and polite. He drove us to coimbatore airport in 2 hours. We had breakfast at combatore. Balamurugan is very patient in waiting. I booked the cab to be at ooty hotel at 6.30AM. But we were late for 1 hour. He was ontime at 6.30.

The driver details were texted previous day night. But I didnot call him. In the next day morning he called at 6.30 and said that he is at the hotel.

We availed the taxi service offered by Coimbatore Taxi (Royal Travels) for 7 days / 6 nights during 04-June to 11-June 2017. The Swift Dezire Cab Registration No. TN 37 CM 9880, driven by Shri Murugandam was in good condition. The conduct of Shri Murugandam was good and professional. We covered most of the places as planned in our itinerary. We thank the travel agency for providing services of Shri Murugandam for the excellent holiday we had at Kodaikanal, Munnar and Ooty.
